Ohio Valley Medical Center and East Ohio Regional Hospital strive to meet, in a quality manner, the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all those who enter the doors. Our goal is to help patients achieve as complete and timely a recovery as possible based on their particular conditions.Patients who, for some reason, believe they have not received adequate services or have concerns about patient safety are encouraged to let the hospital know how they might be better served, now and in the future.
