Physical and Occupational Therapy Services - Jared Estock
Jared is a practicing Physical Therapy Supervisor and spends part of his week completing community outreach. He has worked in various areas of the hospital system’s Physical Therapy including Inpatient, Skilled Care, and Outpatient Physical Therapy before working in his current position. He also helps with the care and training of the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL. He is starting his 4th year at EORH and OVMC.
Jared completed his high school education at Martins Ferry High School. Jared completed the Post Secondary Program and completed his Senior year of High School at Ohio University (Eastern Branch). Upon graduation from High School in 2005 Jared went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University in 2009. Jared was accepted into the Doctoral program at Wheeling Jesuit University for Physical Therapy where he graduated with his Doctorate in 2011.
Jared specializes in Dry Needling, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, manual therapy, iASTM and concussions. He is currently in training for his Orthopedic Certified Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Jared is also a certified Sportsmetrics trainer and is in training for his Paramedic card at Belmont College.
Jared and his beautiful wife Trisha of 3 years live locally in Martins Ferry.Among Jared’s other responsibilities, he enjoys being an adjunct professor at Wheeling Jesuit University and teaches Exercise Physiology in the Athletic Training Program. Jared is also the Deputy Executive Director of the West Virginia American College of Emergency Physicians. Jared is an avid fitness professional and spends some of his leisure time exercising. He is also the Vice President Elect of the Yorkville Volunteer Fire Department. Jared enjoys working with patients of all ages. He takes particular interest in Sports Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, and the spine.
