WHEELING, W.Va. – Ohio Valley Medical Center and East Ohio Regional Hospital are pleased to announce Kaye-Anne Lorraine Newton, M.D., has joined the hospitals' medical teams.
Newton is an endocrinologist who is board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. She earned her medical degree at Howard's University in Washington D.C., and she joins OVMC with experience in treating a wide range of patients with disorders of the endocrine system. Her professional affiliations are extensive with membership with the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, and the Endocrine Society.
“I am pleased to be treating patients in the Ohio Valley, and the caring support staff at OVMC and I share a goal to help improve our patients' health,” said Newton. “I place a large emphasis on patient education so they can control their disorders.”
Newton specializes in diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders, which include diabetes, thyroid conditions, pituitary diseases, and calcium, growth and hormone disorders in adult patients.
