Ohio Valley Health Services & Education Corporation, parent company of Ohio Valley Medical Center and East Ohio Regional Hospital, has developed a corporate compliance program in order to promote our commitment to provide quality health care in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. In other words, our compliance program helps us to achieve our mission the right way.

As part of our corporate commitment to compliance, we have adopted a Code of Conduct that describes our principles, values, and standards for behavior. Our code of conduct outlines the basic rules that all employees, medical staff members, board members, senior management, and other organizational representatives are expected to follow. In addition, we have developed a compliance program policy manual that supports our code of conduct by providing additional guidance on specific topics.
